All orders made with stock that is available before 3PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier service and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped from New Zealand.
We ship with DHL Express and DHL Global Mail for fast and reliable shipping.
Typical international delivery time is 5 days. Please allow a maximum of 10 business days for international orders to arrive.
You can shop in a range of different currencies depending on which country you are browsing from, however the checkout will remain in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Please note: On rare occasions, customs agents may inspect or delay the delivery of consignments at their discretion. For some countries there may be an import duty or customs fee incurred upon entry. This is not in the control of Go Good and will be dependent on your country.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. Go Good cannot mark any packages as a 'gift' in order to avoid customs duties and fees.
Please be advised that Go Good is not responsible for taxes and / or duties or any brokerage and / or delivery fees applied to international orders.
New Zealand Delivery Times
Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.
For orders taking longer than expected to arrive
- Check any confirmation correspondence from Go Good in your inbox or junk folder
- Identify tracking status and updates.
- Check delivery details are correct
- Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phonecalls.
- Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

New Zealand Refunds & Returns
Returns Policy
You can request permission to return a product by contacting us via email at hello@gogood.co.nz. Please include your order number, item description and reason for return. If a return is accepted, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement. We will cover the freight costs of the return if the reason for the return is that the product is defective or we otherwise agree. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the freight costs of the return.
Subject to applicable laws, please note that we will not accept the return of a product if:
- The Product was ordered as part of a promotion or special; or
- You do not notify us within 14 days of receipt that the product is defective on delivery or that the wrong product has been despatched; or
- the product has been opened; or
- the reason for the return is that you have changed your mind or made a mistake in your order (even if the order has not shipped yet); or
- the reason for the return is that there has been a sudden change of price due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Incorrect Orders
Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs.
We reserve the right to request incorrect or defective orders to be returned to Go Good at our expense and may ask for photo evidence via email for proof that the item is either damaged or defective as a condition of return.

How to return goods
To organise a replacement or return your product please contact us directly at hello@gogood.co.nz - we are available 7 days per week. You should expect to receive a same-day response.
We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Only once returned goods are received and inspected by Go Good a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.
Please note we can only issue a refund to credit cards and accounts that were used to make the purchase.
